Jamie Foxx was the guest mentor this past week and last night performed his hit single Blame It. Many American Idol fans are mad that the talented Foxx didn’t actually sing. There is no reason for a Mentor not to get up on the stage and actually sing.

I must say for someone whose vocally talented like he is, he should’ve actually sung..LIVE! yes this dude actually lip sync’d the entire performance. SMH. And is it me or do I feel like Jamie is comical in his performances??

The fact that the song exist may be old news, but it seems to have now caught the attention of the majority of the Twilight series fan base.
Justin Guarini, former idol and huge Twilight fan, created a song for the upcoming “New Moon” movie some time ago and released it to youtube.
The song is entitled I Can’t Live and now fans of the twilight series are ringing in that they think it should be a song on the soundtrack for the upcoming movie.
I can’t say that im a huge fan of the Twilight series, but it would be nice to see an American Idol write a song for the series.

Idol topped the ratings again last night, but CBS is actually not far behind.
According to zap2it.com:
“American Idol” kept FOX in the top ratings spot Tuesday, but CBS and its dramas made things interesting.
FOX led the night with a 9.7 rating/15 share and 16.58 million viewers, beating the 9.5/15 and 15.19 million viewers for CBS. NBC finished third at 6.4/10. ABC, 5.3/8, came in fourth, and The CW was way back in fifth, drawing a 1.2/2.
FOX’s lead among adults 18-49 was wider — it scored a 6.0 rating in the demographic to finish well in front of NBC’s 3.7. CBS took third with a 3.2. ABC averaged 2.0 and The CW 0.8.
This makes me think that like myself, last night was not the best idol show by a long chance. It just wasn’t here for me!

It seems now that Lil Rounds has been voted off she isn’t afraid to tell what she thinks. It seems she is a little angry at the judges saying..
“After they kept hammering, America started feeling like, ‘Oh, maybe they’re right?’ It started to change their opinion about me”
You know, I think other contestants have said stuff like this before, but really…no matter what the judges say, it all comes down to how good you are.
If you can’t sing you aren’t going to get any votes no matter how much the judges praise you!
